A hands-on continuing education focused on developing clear, precise and effective cueing.

This training will help you improve client understanding, refine movement quality and elevate your teaching while maintaining a fluid, engaging and confident presence.

  • This training blends structure, practice and real-time feedback to help you develop cueing that is both precise and intuitive.

    You’ll leave with practical tools you can apply immediately in your classes.

  • 3 hours — Theory

    • Foundations of cueing: what it is, how it works and why it matters

    • Learning styles and communication

    • Cueing structures (3-point vs 5-point systems)

    7 hours — Practice

    • Verbal and tactile cueing

    • Body reading and real-time adaptation

    • Teaching labs with feedback and group work
