1. GENERAL QUESTIONS
Q: What is Pilates Club?
A: Pilates Club is your go-to boutique studio for all things Pilates! We offer reformer group classes, private sessions, and a whole lot of good vibes in Montreal’s Petite-Italie neighborhood.
Q: Do I need to be super fit or experienced to join?
A: Nope! Our classes are for everyone – whether you’re a total newbie or a Pilates pro. Our instructors will guide you every step of the way.
Q: What should I bring to class?
A: Just bring yourself, a water bottle, and wear comfy, stretchy clothes! Grip socks are required for reformer classes (don’t worry, we have them for sale if you forget!).
2. BOOKINGS & MEMBERSHIPS
Q: How do I book a class?
A: Super easy! Just head to our website, use our app, and book your spot online.
Q: What’s your cancellation policy?
A: Life happens – we get it! Just cancel at least 12 hours before class to keep your class credit or avoid a late cancellation fee. Or, give your spot to someone on the waitlist – they'll love you for it!
Q:How does the waitlist work? A: Up to 12 hours before class:
If a spot opens up, clients are automatically added to the class based on their position on the waitlist, with priority given to Unlimited Members. You’ll receive an email confirmation if you’re added to a class during this period.
Within 12 hours of the class (late cancel window):
If a spot becomes available, you’ll receive a text (SMS) notification, and it’s first to claim — the first person to confirm gets the spot.
💡 Make sure you’re subscribed to both email and SMS notifications in the Pilates Club app so you don’t miss your chance to join a class.
3. STUDIO POLICIES
Q: What if I’m running late?
A: Try your best to be on time! If you’re more than 5 minutes late, we might not be able to let you in (it’s all about keeping the good flow in class!).
Q: Do you have lockers?
A: We don’t have lockers, but you can leave your valuables at the front desk for safekeeping.
4. HEALTH & SAFETY
Q: Should I tell my instructor if I have an injury or medical condition?
A: 100%! We want to make sure you’re moving safely and feeling great, so let us know, and we’ll offer modifications if needed.
Q: Is Pilates safe if I’m pregnant?
A: Totally – but check with your doctor first! Let your instructor know, and we’ll adjust the exercises to keep things safe and comfy.
