Overview
A hands-on continuing education designed to help you become a more confident, intentional and autonomous teacher.
This training will give you the tools to build classes that are coherent, safe, effective and dynamic while developing your own teaching signature.

Develop autonomy in your teaching and programming
Understand how to create coherent and engaging class experiences
Learn how to modify exercises without changing the level of the class
Explore progressions that make sense for real bodies
Deep dive into spring usage and its impact on movement and positioning
Understand the role of the nervous system (comfort zone vs challenge zone)
Integrate modern approaches into classical Pilates concepts
Work with unilateral vs bilateral sequencing
Learn how to incorporate arches effectively
Explore the relationship between Pilates and strength training
Maximize the potential of the Reformer
Includes 4 hands-on labs focused on building class plans around specific themes, helping you apply concepts in real time and gain confidence in your sequencing.

Amanda
Amanda combines a sharp eye for movement with a strong understanding of performance and injury prevention. Her teaching is structured, intentional and highly observant, allowing her to guide clients and teachers with precision and clarity.
She brings a dynamic and motivating approach, helping instructors refine their programming while staying adaptable and responsive.
