Terms and Conditions

  • All services, including drop-in classes, workshops, monthly packages, private sessions, and gift certificates, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Drop-in classes are valid for 12 months and are non-transferable.

  • You can cancel your class up to 12 hours before it starts. Due to our limited class capacity, please note that late cancellations or no-shows will be deducted from your class pack.

  • General Terms

    Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.

    Memberships are available for individual use only and cannot be shared or used by others.

    Monthly auto-renewal memberships are subject to a minimum commitment of 3 months.

    After the initial 3-month commitment, memberships will automatically renew on a monthly basis unless canceled.

    Payment & Renewals

    Monthly memberships will be auto-renewed on a monthly basis at the same rate unless canceled at least 7 days before the next billing date.

    If a member wishes to continue after the initial 3-month commitment, payments will automatically continue until canceled by the member.

    Cancellations & Refunds

    Monthly memberships can be canceled after the initial 3-month commitment with at least 7 days' notice before the next billing date.

    There are no refunds for unused time or early cancellations.

    Class Reservations & No-Shows

    A $20 fee will apply for late cancellations or no-shows if a class is canceled within 12 hours of the scheduled class time.

    All members must book classes via the Pilates Club app.


    Membership Pause

    Membership Pause

    Members can pause their monthly membership for 1 to 4 weeks, up to 2 times per calendar year.

    Pauses must be requested at least 7 days before the next billing date.

    To request a pause, please email us at hello@pilates-club.ca with your desired start and end dates.

    After the pause period, the membership will automatically resume at the same rate with no reactivation fee.

    Health & Safety

    All members must sign a liability waiver before participating in any classes or sessions.

    By signing up, members confirm they are in good health and capable of engaging in physical activity.


    Changes to Terms

    Pilates Club reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes.

Book Now

Private Classes: Booking and Guidelines

Private classes are available directly through our app, located at the top of the screen, next to the group classes section. You will see the available schedule in the same way as the group class schedule.

    • Book Before Purchasing: We recommend that you book your class before purchasing to ensure there is availability in your preferred time slot.

    • Advance Reservations: Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

    • Semi-Private Bookings: For semi-private classes, one person from the group should make the reservation for the entire group.

    • Class Duration: Each private class lasts 50 minutes.

    • Special Requests: You can add a note to your reservation to specify any specific needs or the reason for booking a private session.

  • To prevent no-shows, we’ve decided not to allow direct cancellations through the app. If you need to cancel a private class, please send us an email to inform us.

    This helps us manage our schedule better and ensures a smooth experience for all clients.
