Private Classes: Booking and Guidelines

Private classes are available directly through our app, located at the top of the screen, next to the group classes section. You will see the available schedule in the same way as the group class schedule.

    • Book Before Purchasing: We recommend that you book your class before purchasing to ensure there is availability in your preferred time slot.

    • Advance Reservations: Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

    • Semi-Private Bookings: For semi-private classes, one person from the group should make the reservation for the entire group.

    • Class Duration: Each private class lasts 50 minutes.

    • Special Requests: You can add a note to your reservation to specify any specific needs or the reason for booking a private session.

  • To prevent no-shows, we’ve decided not to allow direct cancellations through the app. If you need to cancel a private class, please send us an email to inform us.

    This helps us manage our schedule better and ensures a smooth experience for all clients.

Terms and Conditions

  • All services, including drop-in classes, workshops, monthly packages, private sessions, and gift certificates, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Drop-in classes are valid for 12 months and are non-transferable.

  • You can cancel your class up to 12 hours before it starts. Due to our limited class capacity, please note that late cancellations or no-shows will be deducted from your class pack.
