Pilates, Anytime, Every Day
We’re here to give you your Pilates fix seven days a week—no excuses! Our studio has everything you need, so leave your mat and props at home.
Punctuality: The studio door opens 10 minutes before class starts. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, we may not be able to let you in, and your spot could be given to someone on the waitlist.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before class starts. If not, the class will be automatically deducted from your account, without exception, due to our limited capacity.
What to Know Before You Arrive
🪩 Grip socks are mandatory (available for purchase at the studio if needed).
🪩 Showers and changing rooms are available if you’d like to freshen up after class.
🪩 Please keep your phone on silent and leave it in the locker room.
How the waitlist works:
Up to 12 hours before class:
If a spot opens up, clients are automatically added to the class based on their position on the waitlist, with priority given to Unlimited Members. You’ll receive an email confirmation if you’re added to a class during this period.
Within 12 hours of the class (late cancel window):
If a spot becomes available, you’ll receive a text (SMS) notification, and it’s first to claim — the first person to confirm gets the spot.
